Kayla was fine to deal with. Darrell Imbrosciano was awful. We were misled from the beginning that he would be representing us. WE NEVER MET THE MAN. We never felt that we were receiving any type of representation from him. EVERYTHING HE SAID AND DID WAS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE BUYERS. If we questioned anything we were told WE WERE BEING DIFFICULT. During negotiations he accused Dianne of being drunk ARE YOU DRINKING? and of being stupid ARE YOU GOOD AT MATH? because he agreed to a price with the buyers agent which was different than what we had discussed several hours earlier. We found him insulting and overbearing and steered friends of ours who were selling a million dollar home in the area away from the agency because of him.

And of all those, she had the highest listing price of all of them by far, and then my home sold for $3,000 over listing price. Even when the appraisal came in 8k under, Kayla contested the appraisal and it was raised right up to the asking price! She maintained professionalism and contact throughout the entire process. While maybe this scenario may not be the same for everyone, it’s definitely what stood out for me.
